Mubarak Bin Mohammed

Mubarak Bin Mohammed: He is Sheikh Mubarak Bin Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan. He was one of the founders of the Abu Dhabi Police in 1958, and in 1961 he was entrusted with heading the Police and Public Security Department in Abu Dhabi. On September 18, 1966, he assumed the position of Head of the Police and Public Security Department and the Nationality and General Passports Department. On December 21, 1968, he was promoted to the rank of Major General, and on July 1, 1971, he was appointed Minister of Interior in the formation of the Abu Dhabi Council of Ministers. After the establishment of the state and the formation of the Council of Ministers, he held the position of Minister of Interior, He continued to hold the position of Minister of the Interior in the UAE until 1990, and was a member of the delegation of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in the talks on establishing the state, and he was the first president of the Football Association in the country, and in his era the UAE national football team was established, leaving the sons of Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mubarak and His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak, Minister of Culture, and Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
